Take a dive without getting wet! Enjoy the above-water and underwater views that only Sub-Sea Tours and Morro Bay can provide. The first part of the tour is above water where you can expect to see harbor seals, sea otters, sea lions, and various sea birds. At the north end of the harbor there is a kelp forest. You can go down below and view the kelp through the windows that are located on either side of the boat. There is a long seat that runs down the middle for relaxed viewing. The skipper throws food over the side of the boat and the fish that live in and around the kelp will come swimming up to the windows.
